CARE Home Health Services serves clients in south San Antonio, all counties south to Cotulla and west to Uvalde including Eagle Pass and its neighboring communities. Locally owned and operated, CARE Home Health Services is Medicare certified and practices under CMS regulations and Intermediary guidelines.

Our Process
With every new patient, our professional staff assures and maintains continuity of care. Through our specialized systems like a comprehensive patient tracking system, we can meet the specific needs of each patient as directed by his or her physician. Additionally, our clinical coordinator performs case management for each patient, serving as the patient’s advocate when negotiating with all resource and support networks. This helps to ensure that our patients’ needs and wishes are attained.
